Franchise Agreement

This Franchise Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between Ayur Ayurveda

Wellness (“Franchisor”) and ______ (“Franchisee”) collectively referred to as “Parties”.

Terms and Conditions (District Distributors)

Shop Dimensions

The store must have a minimum width of 12*15 feet and a display area of at least 15 feet for showcasing products.

Product Stock Requirement

The franchisee must maintain a minimum product stock worth Rs. 2,50,000 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Rupees) in the store.

Store Name Board:

The name board of the store must prominently feature the name “Ayur Ayurveda Wellness”

GST Registration

The franchisee must possess a valid GST number.

Trade License

A valid Trade License is mandatory for the franchisee to operate the business.

FSSAI License

The franchisee must have an active FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) license.

Compliance with Legal Regulations

The franchisee must ensure full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Contributions from the Franchisor for the Franchisee Upliftment

  1. In the first stage, the Franchisor will set up a Facebook page, and we will upload product videos to that page.
  2. In the second stage, the Franchisee store will be showcased or highlighted using store videos.
  3. In the third stage, videos of the Franchisee store will be featured on local channels in your region.
  4. In the fourth stage, videos of the Franchisee store will be highlighted on prominent television channels across the State.
  5. The Franchisee will be given access to the valid licenses of all products in accordance with legal and regulatory standards for their reference.

Purchase Terms Purchase Price: The Franchisee (Buyer) agrees to pay the total purchase price for the products to the Franchisor (Seller). Payment must be made according to mutually agreed terms—such as full payment before delivery.

Pricing and Discounts

Agreement Duration: This Agreement shall begin on the effective date and remain valid until all obligations have been fulfilled or until it is terminated in accordance with the terms stated herein.

Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this Agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination must be communicated in writing with a notice period of ____ days.

Confidentiality

Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of this agreement. Disclosure to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent, except as required by applicable law.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete and final understanding between the parties. It supersedes all previous discussions, agreements, or understandings—whether written or oral—related to the subject matter herein.

Pricing and Discounts

The price of the products shall not be increased or decreased without prior written approval from the company. Franchisees are not permitted to offer any discounts without the company’s explicit consent.
