1. Shipping Coverage:
We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please contact our customer care team prior to placing your order.

2. Dispatch Time:
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline:
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination and courier partner availability.

4. Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000.
• For orders below ₹2,000, a nominal shipping fee may apply, calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
You can also use the “Track My Order” feature on our website.

6. Delays & Exceptions:
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

7. Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
